The Montclair, NJ office of Sampers Financial, Inc. ("SFI") has an excellent career opportunity for a Corporate Benefit Sales Consultant. SFI is a member of National Financial Partners ("NFP") a premier independent financial services company serving the mid-sized corporate market. Together, we bring commitment, knowledge and unique resources to add significant value to our corporate client relationships.
We continue to see strong growth opportunities in the dynamic employee and executive benefits corporate marketplace and are searching for qualified, motivated candidates to capitalize on this changing environment. The Sales Executives will focus on new account acquisition within the midsize corporate markets.
To join our team we require:
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related area
- 5 years insurance professional/technical experience with commercial or corporate clients
- 3 years sales or consultative selling experience
- Knowledge of employee benefit plan and/or executive benefit plan designs required.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter
- Confidence in your ability to build relationships and create successful sales
- Ability to implement a sales plan
- Excellent discovery skills with ability to relate client needs to our solutions
- Understanding of technology and how it is transforming business
- Life and Health and/or Property and Casualty Insurance License
