Phil entered the life insurance field in 1954, managing brokerage Offices with Connecticut General Life from then until 1974 in New Orleans, Kansas City and New York City. In 1974 he formed his own firm, originally in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. Phil was an early member of the Prime Group, and of Retirement Administrators and Designers of America (RADA). He became affiliated with PartnersFinancial soon after they were organized. He has wide experience in the areas of estate planning and executive compensation.
